1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is:

    • Damaged or defective upon arrival.

    • Incorrect (wrong item received).

    • Expired or not fit for consumption (in the case of perishable goods).


2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a promotion.

  • Perishable goods after 7 days of delivery.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at care@thevedicroots.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged or incorrect).

  2. Once approved, we will initiate a return pickup (where applicable).

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount unless the product was defective or incorrect.


5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you require a different product, please return the item and place a new order.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Recheck your bank or payment account.

  • Contact your bank/payment provider (some processing times may vary).
